Charge: Connect the USB cable to the charging base and to a power source. Charging time is approximately 90 minutes. On/Off: Press and hold the single button to turn the device on or off. Mode Switching: Press the button to switch between the 5 vibration modes: Low, High, Pulse, Alternating and Random.
