Sterilise before first use and rinse thoroughly with warm water after each use. Place directly in the baby's mouth making sure that the rings are placed on the upper side and that the concave side of the frame surrounds the base of the nose.
It is recommended to change soothers every 2 months. Do not offer after the age of 3 years.
