Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that does not form part of proteins, but is found free in the body, where it performs various functions.
Taurine is found naturally in meat, fish and dairy products. For this reason, restrictive diets may result in a reduced intake.
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with meals. Swallow capsules with water or other beverage. Do not exceed the daily dose expressly recommended for this product.
