For adults the dosage of Earth Source Koji Iron is 1 capsule per day, preferably after meals, or as directed by a specialist.
Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water, fruit juice or milk at the end of a meal. The product can be taken as part of a meal with fruit juice.
