The Solgar® Calcium and Magnesium with Zinc formula has been created for the maintenance of the bone and muscle system.
This formula provides 1000 mg calcium, 400 mg magnesium and 15 mg zinc per 3 tablets. It is an ideal combination of nutrients to support bone and muscle maintenance in adults of all ages.
For adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably with meals. Swallow tablets with water or other beverage.
Do not exceed the daily dose expressly recommended for this product.
INGREDIENTS: Calcium (carbonate, gluconate, citrate); Magnesium (oxide, gluconate, citrate); Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Maltodextrin; Interlaced cellulose gum; Acidity regulator: Citric acid; Zinc (gluconate); Coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), carnauba wax; Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.
