Copper 0.45 mg / 10 ml, Manganese 0.45 mg / 10 ml, Iodine 50 mg / 10 ml, Magnesium 0.43 mg / 10 ml, Potassium 0.45 mg / 10 ml, Iron 0.14 mg / 10 ml, Zinc 0.16 mg / 10 ml, Selenium 55 mg / 10 ml, Calcium 0.05 mg / 10 ml, Phosphorus 0.05 mg / 10 ml, Chromium 10 mg / 10 ml, Molybdenum 50 mg / 10 ml.
2 to 4 capfuls daily (1 capful equals 2.5 ml).
