For best results, initially apply to towel-dried hair on scalp and hair 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 4 hours or more frequently if necessary. Regular reapplication during the day may cause a slight greasy effect on the hair. Scalp application: Tilt the head forward and start the application on the scalp with a spray of Sun Protect Scalp & Hair Mist on the top of the crown of the head. Use fingers to distribute the product evenly, applying the product to the entire head in sections. Apply more product if necessary. For a more direct application to the hairline and partings, spray onto fingers and distribute over the scalp. Do not rinse. Application to hair: After application to the scalp, use a comb to distribute the product evenly over the hair.
