CHARACTERISTICS

Sandoz Bienestar Frangula 30 caps, has in its composition:
Extract of frangula, fucus and cascara sagrada which have properties that promote good intestinal transit.
Occasional constipation is a specific malfunction when passing stools, a transitory and very common discomfort, more in women than in men and in advanced age.
This type of discomfort has multiple causes such as personal eating habits, taking medication, sedentary lifestyle, pregnancy, breastfeeding and with this product improves intestinal transit problems that can be observed.

To promote intestinal transit and occasional constipation problems that may occur.

HOW TO USE?

We recommend taking one capsule a day with a glass of water after dinner.

TIPS

Sandoz recommends a balanced diet, eating five meals a day, drinking two to three litres of water a day. Reduce salt intake.
Reduce or eliminate the consumption of harmful substances such as tobacco, alcohol or caffeine.
Exercise regularly.
Maintain a regular bowel movement schedule, preferably after breakfast or lunch to regulate bowel function.
Eat foods rich in fibre such as bread, pasta or rice.

COMPOSITION

Sandoz Bienestar Frangula 30 caps is composed of Frangula bark extract (Rhamnus frangula, 157.57 mg); cascara sagrada bark extract (Rhamnus purshianus, 125 mg); capsule: gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; bladderwrack extract (Fucus vesiculosus, 16.33 mg); stabiliser: silicon dioxide; colouring agent: E172.
