SANDOZ WELL-BEING ARTICULATIONS is a food supplement containing undenatured type II collagen and vitamins C and D.
Collagen is made up of a variety of subtypes (I to XIII), but it is the undenatured or non-hydrolysed type II collagen that is present in articular cartilage. Its main functions are resistance to intermittent pressure and joint care.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of skin, bones, blood vessels and cartilage.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
