This herbal tea can be enjoyed throughout the day or as an evening drink to relax after a busy day. Does not contain caffeine.
Directions for use
Add one tablespoon per cup, approximately 1-2 grams of Ayurveda Pitta Infusion, to boiling water and infuse for 7 minutes.
