Ayurveda is one of the oldest traditional medicines in the world. It describes human beings according to three doshas, which are different types of physical constitutions. The three doshas are called Vata, Pitta and Kapha and describe our different appearance, temperament and physical traits. Choosing the most appropriate diet and lifestyle for our doshas helps us to enjoy better health.
Kapha types are usually tall and strong or small and sturdy. They tend to be methodical, considerate and not easily upset. They prefer a stable lifestyle, as hasty decisions, haste and spontaneity stress and overload them.
This tea can be enjoyed throughout the day or as a morning or mid-afternoon drink for energy on cold days. Does not contain caffeine.
Directions for use
Add one tablespoon per cup, approximately 1-2 grams of Ayurveda Kapha Infusion, to boiling water and infuse for 5-8 minutes.
