Redoxon Extra defences 30 + 15 tablets

Redoxon Extra Defences is a food supplement containing 3 ingredients that are important for the whole organism, especially the immune system. Its constant consumption provides a large amount of vitamin C, together with some zinc and vitamin D.

Firstly, vitamin C is very important because of the many benefits it brings to the body, which are as follows:

• Its most important effect is to stimulate the body's defences. It does this in order to protect the body from attacks by external factors, both pollutants and infectious. It can help to minimise the risk of colds and flu. It is also good in stressful situations for the body such as smoking (active and passive).
• The skin is very important in keeping the internal organs isolated from all micro-organisms and contamination from the environment. However, for it to function well, it needs a lot of collagen. What vitamin C does in this case is to stimulate more collagen production to keep the skin in good condition.
• It provides antioxidants that focus on greatly mitigating damage to cells from internal factors. This means that it is useful against oxidative damage.

Zinc is an essential component present in all cells of the body. It acts in the immune system by helping to eliminate bacteria and viruses in various ways. It is also responsible for contributing to the production of proteins and DNA for cell proliferation. Finally, vitamin D, although it has several benefits, its main purpose is to help improve the response of the immune system.

It is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age with the aim of improving the immune system in times of increased risk.

Dissolve one tablet in 200 ml of water daily and take preferably in the morning.

This dose should not be exceeded as it may cause stomach upset and laxative effects.

• Being under 12 years of age.
• Persons diagnosed with haemochromatosis.
• Being prone to the formation of kidney stones.
• Kidney problems.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
