The essential oil of true lavender is the basis of many perfumes and has a delicate aroma.
Naturally present in the northern Mediterranean basin, true or officinal lavender has also been cultivated for some years in Bulgaria, Ukraine and even Australia.
In France, the four producing departments of the Midi alone account for some 20,000 hectares of cultivated land.

Directions for use

Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (0.19ml) in a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 teaspoon of sugar). Do not use undiluted or mixed with water. For further advice on use, consult your pharmacist.
Equivalence : 1ml = 31 drops.
