Procten Cream 40 ml

Procten is a cream that is intended to treat conditions that may occur in the anal area and its interior, such as haemorrhoids, proctitis or anal fissures. Its regular use improves inflammation, oedema, swelling and fungal, virulent or bacterial infections, as well as burning and redness. It also helps to control the pain caused by these conditions.

Among its properties or benefits are:

• The regeneration of tissues by the ozoniodes, which stimulate the metabolism so that the cells have energy, heal themselves and reproduce.
• Ozoile is responsible for helping to generate some growth factors that promote the creation of special collagen for skin regeneration.
• Vitamin E protects the cell membrane and has a soothing effect.
• Glycyrrhizic acid treats itching and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
• Hyaluronic acid helps to protect the mucous membranes of the rectum.
• Blackcurrant provides a venotonic and vasoprotective effect, as well as being anti-inflammatory.
• Arginine plays a role in treating anal pressure and aids tissue regeneration.

It is indicated for all those who have all kinds of conditions in the anal area, regardless of whether they are bodily reactions or the condition is caused by pathogenic micro-organisms. It can be used in case of radiation damage, therapies and colonoscopic treatments.

Procten cream is applied in two different ways.

1. For the treatment of proctitis, it should be applied with a rectal cannula to the affected area in the morning, in the evening and every time a bowel movement or stool is passed until the condition disappears completely.
2. Incases of haemorrhoids and anal fissures, it is advisable to apply a generous amount of cream just above the affected area, with clean hands.

In both cases the treatment should last as long as it takes for the symptoms and the condition to disappear completely.

Procten anal cream is not suitable for oral use. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

The product should be kept out of the reach of children and in a cool place. Once used for the first time, its components will last for 6 months or until the date indicated on the package.

The ingredients of Procten cream are as follows: Ozoile® (Topical Ozone stabilised Oleic Acid with Vitamin E Acetate), Arginine, Ribes Nigrum, Leaf Extract, Glycyrrhetinic Acid, Melaleuca alternifolia Leaf Oil, Sodium Hyaluronate, Cera Alba.
