PHB Total Plus Mouthwash is used as a complement to toothbrushing for a more thorough clean and long-lasting freshness. To use, follow these steps:
1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Pour approximately 20 ml (one capful) of mouthwash into a glass.
3. Rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, making sure the liquid reaches all areas of your mouth, including teeth and gums.
4. Spit out the mouthwash and do not swallow.
5. Do not rinse with water after use for best results.
It is recommended to use the mouthwash twice a day, after toothbrushing. Not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age. If you have any dental conditions or questions about its use, we recommend you consult your dentist.
