It is always advisable that the toothbrushing process is directed or guided by an adult and that the adult follows the instructions of a paediatric dentist.
For best results, it is recommended to complement toothbrushing with the use of children's mouthwashes. The toothbrush should be replaced with a new one every 3 months or immediately after a viral process.
