Farmaciasdirect recommends applying a generous amount of the product on a soft bristle brush and proceed to perform the usual brushing with the technique recommended by the dentist 3 times a day, after each meal. It is advisable to complement oral cleaning with the use of chlorhexidine-based mouthwashes, as well as the use of dental floss to reach hard-to-reach places.
