Otogen Soothing Eye Drops Solution 7.5 ml

It is a medicine with analgesic, antiseptic and disinfectant properties in the form of ear drops for the relief of acute pain when there are certain middle and outer ear conditions.

It is designed to relieve pain caused by different ear disorders, such as furunculosis of the external ear, simple catarrhal otitis media.

Apply 2 to 3 drops in the ear and then cover it with a piece of cotton wool. Repeat the process 2-3 times a day, without exceeding the maximum dose.

Do not use Otogen soothing:

- If you suffer from perforated eardrum and suppurative otitis media.

- In case of dermatitis and eczema of the external auditory canal.

- If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine.

As with all medicines, Otogen may cause side effects. In particular, excessive application to the perforated ear may cause irritation of the middle ear.

Otogen soothing drops is a medicine formulated with two active ingredients, an antiseptic called benzalkonium chloride and an anaesthetic, tetracaine. In combination, both act immediately to relieve pain and help disinfect the middle and outer ear.

It is applied two or three times a day, with its dropper. You can use a piece of cotton wool to prevent the solution from leaking out of the ear canal.
