FERRIMax is a range of food supplements based on liposomal iron.
"Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies in both children and women. It is important to avoid this type of situation as this mineral is related to haemoglobin formation and oxygen transport, therefore, its deficiency causes fatigue and decay, and can affect cognitive development in children. In these circumstances, daily iron supplementation is helpful. Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and promotes cognitive development. FERRIMax is indicated in those circumstances in which it is necessary to ensure an adequate supply of iron due to deficiency states caused by reduced intakes or increased organic needs. FERRIMax is made from Lipofer®, a source of liposomal iron, which provides important benefits compared to other iron salts, such as excellent digestive tolerance and high absorption.
Aqueous solution: Fructose, water, stabilisers (glycerol, xanthan gum), acidifier (citric acid), strawberry flavouring, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate). Envelope: Lipofer® microcapsules (corn starch, iron, sunflower lecithin), maltodextrin.
Add the contents of one sachet to the bottle, shake vigorously, add the second sachet, shake again and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Administer 5 ml once a day. This dosage may be modified at the discretion of the paediatrician. Shake well before each use".
