How to use

1-Bed the baby on a comfortable surface, preferably the bed.

2- Insert the nasal nozzle (side without foam filter) into one nostril and carefully aspirate through the mouthpiece.

3- Repeat the action in the other nostril.

If you wish to optimise the results: Wash your nose before using the aspirator, with physiological saline solution to increase the fluidity of the mucus.
