These Ns Soñaben tablets help you to fall asleep and maintain a good quality of sleep. It incorporates a technology that creates bilayer tablets, thus controlling the release of each component at the right time for sleep. Melatonin is released at the beginning, helping you to fall asleep, while passionflower, valerian and California poppy are released later to help you get a good quality, restful night's sleep.
