This tongue cleaner product has soft filaments that do not damage tooth enamel or gums, and the fibres are arranged in such a way that hard-to-reach areas between the teeth can be easily cleaned.

Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the Normodent Medium toothbrush. Then, glide the brush with semicircular movements from the gums to the end of the tooth, always taking care not to damage the gums. It is recommended to perform these movements for 2 minutes.
Finally, rinse the mouth with a small amount of water for 20-30 seconds.
It is recommended to brush three times a day.
After using Normodent Medium, shake vigorously and store in an upright position, so that the water drains out and the bristles can be ventilated more easily. This makes it easier to keep them in good condition.
