1. APPLICATION Apply a generous amount of NIVEA SUN Face Protection UVB BB Even Shade FP50+ before sun exposure. Allow to absorb completely and avoid direct contact with fabrics and hard surfaces to prevent sun spots. Avoid intense midday sun. 2. REAPPLY THE RIGHT AMOUNT Reapply NIVEA SUN UVB Face Protection BB Uniform Shade FP50+ frequently, especially after bathing, towelling or perspiring, in order to maintain the initial protection. Using less will reduce the level of protection significantly. 3. ALSO PROTECT YOUR BODY And for your body, use the best NIVEA protection as well. Also apply a generous amount of NIVEA SUN Protect & Tan Sun Spray FP50. This spray will highly protect your skin and stimulate your skin's natural tan. 4. CALM AND MOISTURISE AFTER SUN EXPOSURE After each sun exposure generously apply NIVEA SUN After Sun Moisturising Lotion.
