Apply NIVEA Sun Kids SPF50+ Protect & Care Roll-On generously before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after bathing, perspiring or towelling, to maintain protection.

Using a smaller amount will reduce the level of protection significantly. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Even when using sunscreen, overexposure to the sun is a health risk.
