It is recommended to apply at least 15 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply every 2 hours, if you are exposed to prolonged sun exposure, excessive sweating, or after swimming.
Prolonged exposure to the sun can cause serious irreparable damage to your health, such as skin cancer. At FarmaciasDirect we recommend you to protect your skin with a broad spectrum sunscreen, avoid the sun's rays where the radiation is more intense and therefore more dangerous (from 12:00 to 16:00). No matter what protection factor you choose, 30 or 50, it is necessary to touch up your application at least every 2 hours.
