Nestlé Nature's Selection is a food that contributes positively to baby's development and also gradually improves digestion. This product is made from different cereals that provide a lot of fibre, vitamins and essential minerals.

Fibre is a very important nutrient, because it acts directly on the digestive system in two different ways. Firstly, it facilitates intestinal transit to prevent constipation. Secondly, it gradually improves the metabolism of food in the small intestine. In this way, the baby enjoys better nutrition and more energy to keep him active during the day.

The minerals obtained with this food have the responsibility to act in most of the body's processes. Iodine helps in the production of thyroid hormones. Calcium is involved in growth and keeps bones in good condition. Zinc is present in all cellular processes and some of the immune system. Iron helps in the generation of red blood cells to deliver nutrients throughout the bloodstream. Vitamins, on the other hand, help to make all these processes more efficient.

It is suitable for children over 6 months of age. It does not contain palm oil or added sugars.

To prepare this food correctly, follow this step-by-step instructions:

1. Pour 160 ml of formula milk or warm breast milk into a bowl. You can use the milk that the child normally consumes.
2. Add 17 grams of the product, which is equivalent to 3 or 4 teaspoons.
3. Stir with a fork until a homogenous consistency is achieved.

If you want to prepare it to give it to the baby in a bottle, just add the product little by little and in smaller quantities. In this way, you will achieve a consistency that easily passes through the teat. It is also advisable to use a teat with a larger opening. With a larger opening, the food does not have to be prepared too liquid.
