Just mix a certain amount of the baby food with breast milk or infant formula, following the instructions on the pack. It is recommended to use a clean spoon and mix well until a homogeneous texture is obtained. These porridges can be introduced in the complementary feeding of the baby from 6 months of age, always under the supervision and recommendation of the paediatrician.
