All of these are active ingredients that have sleep-inducing properties and reduce nervous agitation. It is a product that promotes restful sleep and can therefore be used in cases of sleep disorders in infants. Its intake prevents night-time awakenings and sleep problems in general. The elements used in its formulation provide L - tryptophan which is a precursor of melatonin. This is the hormone that regulates the circadian rhythm and sleep-wake cycles. It also contains magnesium and vitamin B6, which are essential active ingredients for the body to function properly. It provides stress relief and improves mood. Contains agave nectar.
