Rhubarb is the other natural component of this product, and is notable for its high fibre content. Take one capsule a day with plenty of water, preferably at night. This dose should not be exceeded as it may cause stomach upset. Misuse may also lead to other negative reactions, such as diarrhoea in sensitive individuals.

Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients listed. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age and not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Also not for use if you are taking other medicines such as digoxin, corticosteroids, arrhythmia medicines, diuretics and cardiotonic glycosides. This is because alterations or reactions may occur between the components of these drugs and those of this product.
