NDL Pro-Health Multivitamins: take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water.

NDL Pro-Health Mind & Body Balance: take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water to facilitate intake.

NDL Pro-Health Rapid Hydration: dissolve 1 tablet in a shaker with 450-500 ml of water and wait a few minutes until completely dissolved. It is recommended to drink every 45-60 minutes or as needed. However, the mixture should be consumed within 24 hours.
