NDL Pro-Health Muscle Regeneration: Dissolve 15 g of powder (one scoop) in 300 ml water in a shaker and shake or stir until completely dissolved. Consume within 30 minutes after exercise.

NDL Pro-Health Rapid Hydration: dissolve 1 tablet in a shaker with 450-500 ml of water and wait a few minutes until completely dissolved. It is recommended to drink every 45-60 minutes or as needed. However, the mixture should be consumed within 24 hours.

NDL Pro-Health Multivitamins: It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, with a glass of water.
