What is it and what is it for?

Naturlider dried rosemary leaves is special for the preparation of infusions and has digestive, analgesic and stimulating qualities. Tea from this plant is used to relieve headaches, stimulate hair growth and reduce recurrent exhaustion. This plant known as rosmarinus officinalis is rich in phenolic acids, terpenes and flavonoids which give it antioxidant properties to neutralise the effects of free radicals.

Drinking this tea after meals improves digestive functions, reduces acidity, flatulence, bloating and a feeling of fullness. It acts as a natural antibiotic that inhibits the presence of harmful micro-organisms responsible for urinary infections, diarrhoea and nausea. It can also be used to support healthy weight loss treatments thanks to its diuretic qualities, which reduce fluid retention and stimulate its elimination through urine.

In terms of brain functions, this infusion can calm stress, anxiety and nervousness, derived from exposure to highly demanding situations. It helps to activate memory, concentration and mental clarity. It acts as a liver purifier while reducing headaches caused by excessive consumption of fatty foods or alcohol. It is ideal for reducing inflammation, swelling and discomfort in the knees, tendons and mucous membranes.

It promotes blood circulation to prevent the appearance of thrombi, which is why it is advisable to drink rosemary tea after a surgical procedure. It can be used to wash hair, strengthen hair fibres, reduce sebum production and dandruff.
