What is it and what is it for?

Horse Chestnut is a medicinal plant prepared by Naturlider under the strictest quality standards in order to preserve all its active ingredients. These have anti-inflammatory, astringent, venotonic and decongestant properties for the circulatory system, which contribute to increase venous contractility, thus favouring the pressure of the veins and arteries.

This is the circulatory system's ability to boost blood flow, which weakens over the years. Hence, by helping to strengthen the walls of the blood vessels, it helps the blood to rise, preventing it from clotting in the lower limbs.

It also benefits diuresis to help eliminate the accumulation of fluids that causes oedema, which is very common in people suffering from venous insufficiency. It also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory, helping to prevent and alleviate haemorrhoids and phlebitis, as well as thrombus formation. It is also a perfect ally for improving the firmness of legs with cellulite.

These anti-inflammatory properties also help to tone and strengthen the scalp, as it contributes to improving blood flow to promote hair nutrition. Horse chestnut's astringent properties also help to relieve diarrhoea.
