It is made with plant extracts, l-glycine, GABA and melatonin. Melatonin is known as the sleep hormone and is produced spontaneously in the body during youth. As we get older, its presence in the body decreases and, as a result, so do the hours of sleep. It also promotes a good mood and helps to reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
It does not contain gluten or lactose, so it can be consumed by intolerant people, vegans and vegetarians.
It is recommended for people suffering from extreme tension, to promote relaxation in the face of nervous hyperexcitability and when there is difficulty sleeping.
Take one capsule a day 1 to 2 hours before going to sleep.

Do not take together with anxiolytics such as benzodiazepines, unless advised by a health professional. Do not take during pregnancy, breast-feeding or in children under 12 years of age. Not recommended for patients taking drugs that increase serotonin levels such as MAOIs, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, hypericum preparations, carbidopa and similar. Do not take before operating vehicles or machinery. Do not take if allergic to any of the ingredients.
