The padded guard rail cover prevents the patient from hitting the wooden or metal bed rails and prevents accidental entrapment between the bed rails. For greater safety of the rail protector, place the padded part on the inside of the rails when the rails are raised. The fastening straps must be passed around the bed rails and the clip fasteners must be hooked on.
This mattress pad is made of polyurethane foam on the inside and covered with a breathable, waterproof and fireproof cover.
