Pour 1 sachet or 3 scoops (approx. 30g) of Meritene Smoothies into 200ml or hot or cold semi-skimmed milk and stir. Can also be prepared with water and other types of milk. Depending on the needs of the individual adult, 1 to 2 shakes per day are recommended.
