WHAT ARE ITS BENEFITS? Immediate heat effect that will last for a long time. Gel with anti-inflammatory and soothing action. After a few minutes you will feel a sensation of well-being and warmth on the skin. Not greasy and quickly absorbed. Prepares the musculature before physical activity: promotes blood flow avoiding the accumulation of lactic acid (stiffness). Contributes to muscle recovery.

Instructions for use

Apply the required amount of gel to the muscle area and massage intensively. Repeat the application up to 3 times a day. Can be used as an additional complement to BONFLEX® COLLAGEN and/or BONFLEX® RECOVERY COLLAGEN. For external use only. Do not apply on open wounds. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dark place at a temperature between 5 and 25ºC.

Pharmaceutical advice

Make sure you drink enough fluids daily (at least 2 litres per day). Follow a balanced diet, rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Maintain an appropriate body weight. Get regular physical activity. Wear comfortable shoes with flexible soles.
