1. Shake well from side to side (not up and down). 2. Turn the bottle upside down and squeeze the transparent tip to pour the product into your hand. 3. Apply evenly with fingertips all over clean, dry face, avoiding the eye area, nostrils and lips. 4. Leave on for 15 minutes. 5. Remove excess product with a cotton pad. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 6. Follow with your moisturiser. Not for daily use. Recommended for use 4 times a week in the evening, every other night. Always apply a minimum of SPF 30 every morning.
