How to use

• Use the mouthwash twice a day, after brushing.
• Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, rinse teeth and gums for 30 seconds and spit out.
• For children between 6 and 12 years old, the dose is 10 ml.
• Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
