How to use

• Use the mouthwash twice a day after brushing or when indicated by the dentist.
• Rinse mouth thoroughly with water and pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) in a glass, rinse teeth and gums for 30 seconds and then spit out.
• For best results, use twice daily until gums heal and bleeding stops. It can also be used long-term to prevent gingivitis from recurring.
