Directions for use

Unscrew the cap together with the cannula and remove the safety ring, replace the cannula, insert the cannula of the tube into both nostrils and apply a small amount.Spread with a gentle internal massage pressing gently on the nostrils.use as often as necessary with a minimum of 2 times a day (morning and evening) in both nostrils.do not use more than 30 consecutive days.
