HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT WITHOUT THE APP
Before first use, charge your F1S V2 for 2 hours.
Press the button in the centre for 1 second to turn it on.
The LED lights will flash and show the battery charge level.
The LED lights will turn solid colour and show the vibration level.
Press the + or - button to adjust the vibration intensity.
Press the centre button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
Press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to unlock your F1S V2 and avoid inadvertently turning it on.
HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT WITH THE APP

Press the button in the centre for 3 seconds to turn it on while activating Bluetooth.
All LED lights flash simultaneously to show that it has been paired via Bluetooth.
Open the F1S app and once you have received the confirmation message, press the centre button to confirm.

In the event of a failed connection your product will automatically switch off within 30 seconds.
Battery level and vibration can be viewed in the app.
