The recommended dose is: Adults: 30 drops 3 times a day. Although no studies have been carried out to support paediatric dosage, the recommended dose in children is: between 2 and 12 years of age: 10 drops 3 times a day from 12 years of age: 20 drops 3 times a day. An interval of at least 4 hours should be observed between 2 intakes. Use in children under 2 years of age is contraindicated due to the presence of alcohol. Maximum duration of treatment: 1 week in adults and 5 days in children from 2 years of age. Oral use. Take with a little water, preferably not before meals. It is recommended to hold under the tongue for a few moments before swallowing.

This medicine contains 296 mg of alcohol (ethanol) per 30 drops or 99 mg of alcohol (ethanol) per 10 drops. The amount by volume of this medicinal product is equivalent to 7.4 mL of beer or 3.0 mL of wine per 30 drops and equivalent to 2.5 mL of beer or 1.0 mL of wine per 10 drops. Ethanol content 50% V/V. The amount of alcohol contained in this medicine is unlikely to have any noticeable effect on adults or adolescents. It may have some effects in young children, such as drowsiness. The amount of alcohol in this medicine may affect the effect of other medicines. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
