Legasil 30 film-coated tablets is a food supplement containing milk thistle rich in silymarin and vitamin E. Both components help protect liver cells against oxidation. Specifically, silymarin from milk thistle is a flavonoid complex which exerts antioxidant activity at the liver level in a targeted manner. The antioxidant activity of these flavonoids counteracts the oxidative stress generated in the liver by the accumulation of fat, thus promoting the elimination of metabolic waste produced by the body.
