Instructions for use

Apply the toothpaste gel on the toothbrush. Place the fibres of the brush head between teeth and gums at an angle of 45º and use vertical sweeping movements to help remove plaque. Repeat the process on the inside of the teeth and on the chewing surfaces. Brushing should last at least 2 minutes and should be done after every meal.
