La Roche Posay Effaclar Purifying Micro-Exfoliating Gel is a cosmetic product designed for people with oily skin. It has a very gentle foaming gel texture that is easy to rinse off with water. In addition, it will not leave a sticky feeling on the skin.

Its formula seeks to promote the elimination of dead cells, impurities and excess sebum, all without causing adverse effects on the skin. It helps to unclog pores from deep within them, removing dirt or debris that is inside so that blackheads are eliminated and the appearance of blackheads or pimples is reduced.
