Kneipp Sleep Complet is a food supplement designed to help you fall asleep more quickly and get a good night's rest. It comes in an easy-to-digest, two-layer mini-tablet that is released twice during the night. The first layer contains Melatonin, which provides the relaxation necessary to fall asleep quickly. The second layer, which is released during the night, contains extracts of Valerian and Passionflower. Both plants help to maintain natural sleep by acting on the nervous system and the brain. It also contains Melissa, which has antispasmodic properties that provide a state of relaxation, thus reducing stress levels and promoting sleep. It also contains Vitamin B6, which supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps to improve the intensity of sleep.
The product also has a high zinc content, whose sleep-inducing properties help you fall asleep. This mineral is also known to minimise the number of night-time awakenings, thus facilitating the continuity of sleep during the night and helping to deepen rest.
It comes in a pack of 30 mini-tablets.
It is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age who wish to fall asleep more easily or for those who have problems maintaining an uninterrupted night's sleep.
It is recommended to take one mini-tablet 30 minutes before going to sleep. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not take if you are hypersensitive to its components. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Excessive consumption of this product may have a laxative effect. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
