With hands resting on the cheeks, apply light pressure by sliding the palm of the hand from the centre of the face outwards.
Patches:

Open the pack. Gently place the patches under the eyes, starting with the narrowest part of the patch on the outer eye area. Leave on for 15 minutes.
2. STIMULATE
Complete the treatment by lightly dabbing the area under the eyes with the fingertips.
