The Interapothek menstrual cup size L is a feminine hygiene product for use during the menstrual period. It is made of high quality medical silicone and its ergonomic design allows for comfortable insertion and removal. The menstrual cup is placed in the vagina to collect menstrual flow instead of absorbing it like tampons or pads. It is a more environmentally friendly and economical alternative to disposable products, as it can be reused for several years. In addition, the menstrual cup does not cause vaginal dryness or alter the vaginal flora, providing greater comfort and security during the period.

How to use

The instructions for use of the Interapothek Menstrual Cup Size L are as follows:

1. Before first use, sterilise the menstrual cup by immersing it in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the menstrual cup.
3. Fold the menstrual cup into a "C" or "U" shape to make it easier to insert the cup.
4. Adopt a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet or standing with one leg elevated.
5. Relax your vaginal muscles and insert the menstrual cup into the entrance of your vagina, making sure it is fully deployed.
6. The menstrual cup will stay in place thanks to the vacuum created. If you feel that it is not in place properly, you can gently twist it or push it in a little further.
7. To remove, gently pull on the end of the menstrual cup until you can grasp the base. Gently squeeze the base to release the vacuum and remove the menstrual cup.
8. Empty the contents of the menstrual cup into the toilet and wash it with warm water and mild soap before reinserting it.
9. After each menstrual cycle, sterilise the menstrual cup again before storing it for the next use.

Remember to read the manufacturer's instructions and consult a health professional if you have any questions or concerns about menstrual cup use.
