What is Serotone and what is it for?
A food supplement based on tryptophan, vitamins B3-B6 and zinc. Serotonin precursor.

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule of Serotone a day, between 4pm and 5pm, or as recommended by a health professional.
Avoid eating meat and meat products at dinner.

Composition
The ingredients of Inovance Serotone are: L-tryptophan, tunica of vegetable origin [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose], anti-caking agent [magnesium stearate of vegetable origin], zinc gluconate, nicacinamide (vitamin B3), anti-caking agent [silicon dioxide], pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Each capsule contains :
L-tryptophan......220 mg
Vitamin B3.....8 mg
Vitamin B6.....0.7 mg
Zinc................1.5 mg
